I design digital products that earn trust by explaining themselves — showing the reasoning behind a decision, AI-driven or not, clearly enough that someone can act on it with confidence instead of just trusting a black box.
View Case Studies →I care about the business problem and the user's problem equally, and 19+ years as a Principal Product Designer has been proving it in practice — across banking, pharmaceutical compliance, social housing, and IT service management, building systems that hold up once real people are using them under pressure.
That's shaped by an MA in Behavioural Psychology (in progress) — training that's less about interfaces and more about reading why people trust, hesitate, or give up on a system. It's the same lens whether I'm running an accessibility audit, governing a design system, or deciding what an AI feature should be allowed to do on its own.
Every decision gets weighed against a business number, not just a usability score — review time, error rate, support tickets, revenue retained. Design that can't point to one of those is a guess wearing a nice interface.

Unifying 3 disconnected products — an artwork editor, file manager, and early AI validation concept — into 1 governed platform for regulated pharma and FMCG label operations.

Turned a fragmented visitor journey into one connected system — AI self check-in, automated access, guided navigation, hospitality, and an on-demand assistant.

Designed a personal assistant chatbot inside Microsoft Teams, replacing a legacy portal's poor navigation with one guided conversation for timesheets, leave, approvals, and support.
